Homemade Cashew Creamer
"I usually drink heavy whipping cream in my coffee, but with when a power outage hit we were eating up food & getting creative. I was also trying to stay out of the grocery store to save $$$ since we put a new roof on and our dishwasher died the same week. This cashew creamer turned out really good. It was a sweet treat."
Recipe
1/4 cup raw cashews
2 dates
1/2 cup filtered water
*blended until thin in a high speed blender
