Why work with Chelsea?

Robin N.
Why did I start working with Chelsea? I had worked for 40 years as a registered nurse. The majority of my time was spent in the ER, where donuts, cakes, and cookies, lying around the unit, were often consumed as a lunch alternative. I retired at age 64, at the end of the Covid epidemic, unhealthy, stressed out, burned out, and exhausted. I was overweight, not sleeping, constipated, and I needed help to get healthy again. I hired dietitian Chelsea Britton to guide me back into health.
What positive differences have occurred? The testing and consultation by Chelsea proved vital. The lab tests disclosed that I was highly allergic to chicken eggs. Also, gluten was identified as somewhat of an issue to my system. I eliminated whole chicken eggs and gluten for the most part. A probiotic and other supplements to bring my colon back to health were added to my diet. Chelsea reviewed my dietary habits and changes were made to achieve my goals.
I lost 22 pounds in six months. Within a week of my dietary changes and the addition of supplements, my constipation was gone. In a month, I felt like a new, happy, healthy human.
What did I learn with Chelsea's guidance? I learned that I can survive without eating chicken eggs 3 days a week. Egg substitutes are not so bad. I can survive on a mostly gluten free diet as there are many food choices without gluten. I learned that diet and exercise are married for optimal health.
In conclusion, with Chelsea's help and vast knowledge, the addition of a probiotic regimen, dietary changes, and exercise, I was brought back to a state of health and wellness.
I highly recommend dietitian Chelsea Britton. She will change your life for the better. I assure you that!

After trying everything to treat a severe bout of eczema with no relief, I reached out and made an appointment with Chelsea. Best thing I ever did. Not only did she immediately start working to repair my gut, but she started to immediately support my overall health mentally and physically. It took work and I am now feeling amazing. I have learned how to listen to my body and understand my triggers and how to immediately start supporting my body. Chelsea is so knowledgeable, kind and knows how to meet you where your at in your goals and I cant wait to continue my journey to health and wellness with her.

The main reason I started working with Chelsea was due to gastric and intestinal issues.
The positive differences the nutrition tips and sessions with Chelsea have changed my outlook on eating for a healthier me. I feel more energy.
I loved learning about prebiotic and probiotics and the effect they have on my digestive track.
I have been able to reduce my medications and eliminate two of my meds altogether. I am more conscience about my eating choices.

The main reason for choosing a dietitian was because I was showing slow progressing GI disease symptoms. My mom has Crohn's disease and it almost took her life twice due to infections. I knew I didn't want to endure the same fate.
There's way too many positive differences after starting to work with Chelsea. I have zero and I mean ZERO cramping in my stomach quadrants. No sharp pains or aches. I'm also now very well aware of nutrition thanks to Chelsea. It's not just physical symptoms that improve, it's that you become largely aware of health and what it's supposed to look and feel like. You get smarter while you also feel better!
I learned antibiotics save our lives but they demolish our delicate ecosystem in the gut. You take enough rounds of antibiotics like I did and you're having what even my doctors believed was active UC, Crohn's IBD, etc.
I was empowered to slow the heck down. I felt I needed to start from scratch and treat myself like a baby. I consistently needed sun, nature, quality food, water, laughs, and love. I've done a 180 since prioritizing those human needs.
I had terminal ileitis TWICE which I can't even begin to explain how awful it feels. First flare had me in the hospital for 3 days if I remember correctly. Second flare had me so sick... puking with diarrhea all while having a migraine. An ER doctor thought for sure I had an active GI disease. They wanted me to get a colonoscopy. Around that time I had a client through my work mention Chelsea Britton and how great she was. I got her contact information and went from there.

Chelsea in the first session believed I wasn't chronically sick but that I had so much antibiotic damage and emotional distress that it degraded my gut lining. Through her protocol and proper supplementation (and mental health tools) I literally can't say I've experienced anything close to what I was experiencing. It's an absolute miracle and I think of Chelsea often with gratitude.
