About the event
This Wellness Workshop will support you with a plan to reset your goals, metabolism, and enhance your current diet with a variety of immune, detox, and anti-inflammatory foods. The class includes individual worksheets to fill out during class to give your inspirations a place to live and you a guide moving forward. This class is offered every Wednesday 6-7pm for 4 consecutive weeks. (4 hours total workshop)
Week 1 FEBRUARY 1~ Realign/ Reset/ Routine
Week 2 FEBRUARY 8~ Elimination plan/Cleanse 3-7 day Plans discussed
Week 3 FEBRUARY 15~ Support Detox Systems
Week 4 FEBRUARY 22~ Lifelong Wellness Principles
