About the event
This Wellness Workshop will support you with a plan to reset your goals, metabolism, and enhance your current diet with a variety of immune, detox, and anti-inflammatory foods. The class includes individual worksheets to fill out during class to give your inspirations a place to live and you a guide moving forward. This is a 4 week 4 hour total workshop.
